NBA’s Russell Westbrook is using his status and financial power to open two schools – a middle and high school – in order to empower the youth.
Both Russell Westbrook and his wife Nina along with Donnell Beverly, Westbrook’s business partner will open the Russell Westbrook Why Not? middle and high schools under the umbrella of the Russell Westbrook Why Not? Academy, in conjunction with L.A. Promise Fund. called L.A. Promise Charter Middle School and L.A. Promise Charter High School.
