First African American-Owned U.S. SEC Registered Hotel Fund Launches, Extends Investment Opportunities

U.S. Diversity Group, LLC is based in Atlanta, and is the brand new African American-Owned Hotel Investment Fund. This is the first of its kind owned by African Americans, and it’s goal is to offer African Americans and other accredited or non-accredited investors the opportunity to invest in the lucrative hotel market and create generational wealth along with creating jobs by establishing the next generation of hotels and hoteliers.

CEO Dr. Velma Trayham, CFO Jacques Posey and COO Toshia Posey are the three Black businesses leaders and founders of the fund, all with backgrounds in business, finance and entrepreneurship, with total years of experience that add up to well over fifty years.
