The new book by M. M. Cornelius titled “The Six Figure Pay Withheld from the Enslaved (That You Get Paid for the Same Jobs)” shows how most of us today are performing the same jobs in our careers as the enslaved did in the past.
The book also explains how the word slave alone and with no other breakdown, dismisses all of the talent, intelligence and skills those who were in bondage had. Focusing on African Americans whose forefathers were once enslaved in the United States of America, the book proves how if it were not for the abilities of those in bondage, much of what the United States capitalized on wouldn’t even be.

This easy-to-read book enters into the career sectors of today and shows just how exact and similar the career fields we choose and laud today are those of the enslaved. Also inside are actual documents of rarely known facts on African Americans as well as providing insight into how this contributes to the cause for reparations for African Americans today.
